Accommodation Terms 🏡

✔ Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00 on the departure day. For early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance.

✔ Deposit A 50 EUR deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded upon departure if no damage or missing items are reported. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit.

✔ Cleanliness Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their rooms. Please dispose of waste regularly and leave the space in a tidy condition upon departure.

✔ Noise & Behavior Quiet hours begin at 22:00. Guests should avoid loud activities that may disturb others.

✔ Prohibited Activities Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Illegal activities and the use of unauthorized appliances are not allowed.

✔ Property Responsibility Guests are responsible for the condition of all items in their rooms. Any loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
